Overall a pretty good experience
The bus was very clean and the drivers seemed very experienced. The one issue we had was that our driver the second day did not have the correct arrival time and arrived 30-minutes after our contracted time.

Overall, the buses were on time each day and if they were running late, they tried to make up the time during the journey. The drivers were friendly and drove well and the customer service with the Irro Charter representatives were professional and quick to respond. Will definitely use again in the future for upcoming programs in Europe.
